You can expect your workout to be safe, fun, challenging, and effective! We start off slowly with a dynamic warmup and work on mobility, endurance, strength, and balance while moving your body in all directions. When you will finish you will feel sweaty, accomplished, and ready to take on whatever comes your way!

I’ve always been active and exercised regularly, I was looking for a way to up my game and physical fitness.  Doing so on my own was not producing the results I wanted.  I wasn’t motivating myself to push harder. Katie’s Boot Camp classes are fun, challenging and all inclusive.  She coaches each student to their physical level, while always encouraging you to keep trying, keep moving, and that it’s the hard reps that count.  I have to admit that I was a little intimidated to join such a “hard” class, but felt immediately welcomed and supported from day 1, I was hooked. My overall endurance and strength has improved, and Katie’s training has helped me with other activities I enjoy including horseback riding and golf.  And I have more confidence that I can do “it”, whatever that “it” is!
